- 1 large egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking, or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for frying.
- In a large bowl, mix the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about the size of your palm.
- For frying: Cook each patty in the skillet for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. For baking: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
