  • 6 cups Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for serving)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp flour (for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour. Let sit.
