- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced pickles and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
