Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 2 medium carrots, sliced

- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp dill weed
Instructions
- Chop the onion, slice the carrots and celery, and mince the garlic.
- Layer chopped vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chicken breasts followed by the wild rice blend.
- Pour in four cups of low-sodium chicken broth over all ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and dill weed; stir gently to combine.
