Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, chili powder, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over them and massage gently. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).

- Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
