Method

Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients: Start by collecting all your delicious ingredients. You’ll need yogurt, fresh fruits, granola, and honey or maple syrup for that sweet touch.
  2. Layer yogurt: In a clear glass or bowl, add a generous scoop of creamy yogurt. Aim for about 1/3 of the glass to create a beautiful base for your parfait.
  3. Add fruits: Next, layer in your favorite fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas. Aim for vibrant colors and textures to make it visually appealing—about 1/4 of the glass should be fruit.
  4. Sprinkle granola: Time to add some crunch! Sprinkle a handful of granola on top of the fruit layer. This adds texture and flavor—just the right amount to fill another 1/4 of the glass.
  5. Repeat layers: Repeat the layering process with another scoop of yogurt, followed by more fruit and granola until you reach the top of your glass. Aim for two or three layers for that perfect yogurt parfait!
  6. Drizzle sweetness: Finish off with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the top layer for an extra touch of sweetness that ties all flavors together beautifully.
