Prepare the Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the wings in a single layer.
Bake the Wings
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Make the Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Coat the Wings
- Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
