Ingredients
  

For the Skillet
  • 1 lb Ground turkey a lean, protein-packed base
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked rice the hearty foundation
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning for authentic flavor
  • 1 can Black beans canned or cooked
  • 1 cup Corn sweet kernels
For Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese for topping
  • 2 pieces Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Warm a large skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Crumble ground turkey into the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  5. Pour in cooked rice and stir gently, sautéing for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Gently fold in diced tomatoes and black beans, simmering on low for about 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet until melted.
