Preparation
  1. Start by patting the tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the tuna steaks in the hot skillet and sear for about 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, toss in minced garlic and a splash of soy sauce.
