Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast them for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the salmon in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Assemble your bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by crispy Brussels sprouts and teriyaki salmon on top.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
