Ingredients
  

Mousse Base
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other sugar-free milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener like erythritol or stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free whipped cream for serving
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings sugar-free

Method
 

Prepare the Mousse
  1. In a blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Transfer the mousse to a mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve
  1. Spoon the chilled mousse into serving dishes.
  2. Top with sugar-free whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings before serving.
