- Add cubed chicken to the skillet, cooking until no longer pink—about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in flour and cook for another minute to create a roux.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens—around 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs like thyme or parsley.
- Roll out your pie crust on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick, then cut into circles large enough to cover your ramekins or pie dish.
- Fill each ramekin with the chicken filling, then gently place the rolled-out crust on top, sealing the edges well.
