For the Dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste black pepper freshly cracked
For Serving
  • 1 pkg crackers or baguette slices
  • 2 cups vegetable sticks carrots, cucumbers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in chopped fresh dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a dash of garlic powder.
  3. Carefully mix in diced smoked salmon, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
  4. Taste your dip and add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer your dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh dill or chives.
