Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp fresh or high-quality frozen
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
For the Sauce
  • ½ cup white wine dry variety like Sauvignon Blanc
  • 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
For Serving
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 2 cups pasta or crusty bread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and pat dry your shrimp, removing any shells and tails.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Gently toss in your prepared shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  5. Carefully add ½ cup of white wine to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, then stir well and taste.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in ¼ cup of freshly chopped parsley.
