  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
Grains
  • 1 cup White Rice uncooked
Dairy
  • 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembly
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp mixture, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, and seasonings.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
