Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz spaghetti or Asian noodles Cooked according to package instructions
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup For sweetness
  • 1 tbsp ginger Freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds Toasted, for garnish
  • 2 scallions sliced For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
  2. Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
