Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Cooking
  1. Heat the non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
  4. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are softly set but still slightly runny.
  5. Remove from heat and let carryover cooking finish the eggs.
