Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice Cooked and drained
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce Low sugar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cauliflower rice, beaten egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then press it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a pizza crust.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  2. Top with shredded chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and return to the oven.
  4. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
