Preparation
  1. Start by slicing your beef into thin strips against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, and a splash of sesame oil. Add the beef strips and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the marinated beef to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, toss in bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender.
  3. Return the beef to the pan with veggies, adding any remaining marinade. Cook together for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
