Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grab a large piece of parchment paper, about 18 inches long, and fold it in half to create a pouch.
  3. Place your salmon fillet on one side of the parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Make the Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and a splash of lemon juice.
  2. Generously spread the mustard mixture over the top of the salmon.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Fold the other half of the parchment paper over the salmon and crimp the edges tightly to seal.
  2. Place the sealed parchment packet on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Carefully open the parchment and transfer the salmon to a plate, garnishing with fresh herbs or lemon slices.
