Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grab a large piece of parchment paper, about 18 inches long, and fold it in half to create a pouch.
- Place your salmon fillet on one side of the parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and a splash of lemon juice.
- Generously spread the mustard mixture over the top of the salmon.
Bake the Salmon
- Fold the other half of the parchment paper over the salmon and crimp the edges tightly to seal.
- Place the sealed parchment packet on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully open the parchment and transfer the salmon to a plate, garnishing with fresh herbs or lemon slices.
