  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, pureed About 2-3 medium mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Mango Puree
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them until smooth to make a puree.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
Churn the Ice Cream
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Ice Cream
  1. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
