Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather lean proteins like chicken breast or fish, along with colorful veggies such as bell peppers and broccoli.
  2. Sprinkle your proteins with salt, pepper, and a touch of garlic powder. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned protein and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. In the same skillet, toss in your chopped vegetables. Sauté for around 5-6 minutes until they’re tender yet crisp.
  5. Once both the protein and veggies are ready, mix them in a large bowl or serve directly from the skillet.
