Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 fillets white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia) skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 1 lemon sliced for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Fish
  1. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Fish
  1. Remove the fish from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled fish with lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
