Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 4 cups Water Filtered or mineral water
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice About 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lime juice About 2 limes
Electrolytes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup For sweetness and energy
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda Optional, for additional electrolytes

Method
 

Mixing the Drink
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, lemon juice, and lime juice.
  2. Add the salt, honey (or maple syrup), and baking soda (if using).
  3. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and dissolved.
  4. Pour the drink into a bottle or pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve cold, and enjoy your homemade electrolyte drink!
