  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended and smooth.
