Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
Season the Corn
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Brush the mixture onto the corn ribs.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
