Corn
  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob Husked and cleaned
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted, for serving
Salt
  • to taste Salt For seasoning

Method
 

Boiling Method
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the husked corn to the boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes until tender.
  3. Remove the corn using tongs and let it drain.
  4. Serve hot with melted butter and salt.
Grilling Method
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and soak it in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve with melted butter and salt.
