  • 2 pieces ripe avocados creamy and nutrient-rich
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder high-quality unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or substitute with honey or agave
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract opt for pure vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt balances sweetness
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts for crunch
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips mini chips for extra indulgence

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  2. Give your mixture a quick taste. Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  3. Carefully pour the creamy chocolate avocado mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  4. Place wooden sticks into each mold, ensuring they’re centered.
  5. Pop the molds into the freezer and let them chill for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen. Gently pull out each fudgesicle with a twist.
