Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and drained

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter and milk, then add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix.
Baking
  1. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8 equal biscuits.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
