For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs give an extra crispiness.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Melted butter is a great alternative for richness.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped) You can use basil or cilantro if preferred.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the artichoke hearts by draining and rinsing them thoroughly.
  3. Mix together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over each artichoke heart.
  5. Arrange the coated artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on top.
