Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
