  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, and coriander in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
