- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Grate zucchini and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
