Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas (10-inch)

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
