  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed of red, yellow, green)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced into thick rounds)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced into wedges)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
