  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, and diced mango to create the marinade.
