  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and prepping the vegetables.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
