  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 12 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp sage

Instructions
