Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond or coconut)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In one bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In another bowl, combine plant-based milk, maple syrup, and melted vegan butter until smooth. Mix both together and pour into a greased pan. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 2. Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- 3. Add two tablespoons of vegan frosting to the crumbs and mix until you achieve a dough-like consistency. Roll into one-inch balls.
- 4. Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Dip lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate before inserting them halfway into each cake ball.
