Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Secret Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish in a bowl. Refrigerate while you cook the burgers.
  2. Shape ground turkey into four loose balls (about 6 oz each).
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
  4. Place turkey balls in the skillet and smash down gently with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the patties, top with cheese, and cook for an additional 3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Toast the buns in the skillet briefly, then assemble the burgers: spread secret sauce on each bun, add pickles, and place the patty on top.
