- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil until shimmering.
- Sear the chicken for about four minutes on each side until golden brown.
