  • 1/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise

  • 4 nori sheets, torn into small pieces
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar until well combined.
