  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup fresh basil or spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped basil or spinach, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange them seam-side up in the baking dish over marinara sauce.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
