  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. 2. Wash bell peppers, slice off tops, and remove seeds.
