Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Husk the corn and cut each cob into quarters lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Generously brush the spice mixture onto each corn rib.
- Place the ribs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
