  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round baking pan. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, then bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a bowl.
  3. Stir in mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in intervals in the microwave until smooth. Dip one end of each lollipop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it into each ball.
  6. Coat each ball in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Allow to set on parchment paper.
