  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
