Ingredients
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 8 oz thinly sliced pastrami
- 4 slices Swiss or American cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
