Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (15.35 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chocolate melts (dark or white)
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate melts according to package instructions until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off before returning to the parchment paper.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle crushed Oreos or colorful sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet. Allow to set completely.
