- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- In another pot, boil water with a pinch of salt, add orzo, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Add spinach to the sauce until wilted (about 2 minutes). Stir in cooked orzo and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish with seared chicken on top. Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired. Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
